Terms and obligations

In ordering from our website you automatically confirm the purchase and at the same time accept our terms and obligations. Until payment is made in full, all products remain the property of gabbygo.se. No orders will be taken from individuals under 18 years of age. 

Delivery

Shipping within Sweden is included in the price of our products. The products are delivered to the service point nearest to you.

A fee is added for delivery to other countries. This fee will average 10-20 Euros per parcel up to 1 kg and will be indicated when you have filled in your delivery address.

Time of delivery

Average delivery time  within Sweden is normally 3-5 working days for items in stock. You will be notified as soon as your products have been sent.

Delivery to ther countries will generally take longer depending on country and shipping.

Payment

All major debit or credit cards are accepted in our webstore.  For customers living in Sweden payment can also be made by bank transfer or invoice. For payment by invoice there will be a fee of 20 SEK.

Prices

Our prices are shown in the currency you have selected, including 25% Swedish VAT. VAT and extra costs for freight - if applicable - are specified prior to purchase. We make allowances for mistakes in writing and technical problems when giving a price. We reserve the right to reject an obviously wrong order.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal of an order may occur within 30 days from the date the product or products were received. To exercise your right of withdrawal the products must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. You are also obligated to cover any shipping costs.

Complaints

Any complaints about a product should be made as soon as possible and should be directed to info@gabbygo.se or +46 (0)705 970 133. If a complaint is related to the manufacture of the product or the material from which it was made, the product can be returned at our expense via the most reasonable shipping rate available. This does not however apply to normal use and aging of a product. Always contact us before you send anything back due to complaints.

Transport damage

If your package has been damaged during transport, you should report this immediately at the service point as well as to us at info@gabbygo.se.

Unclaimed parcels

If an ordered product is not claimed at the service point, you will be assessed 300 SEK for shipping and administrative services. Refusing to claim a product does not constitute a right of withdrawal.

Personal data

Any data that is provided by you to www.gabbygo.se is never given away or sold to a third party. We save only that data about you needed to process and expedite your order. Your name and address will not be shared with anyone aside from the payment entity facilitating your purchase at gabbygo.se.

Fraud

Fraudulent behaviour of any sort, such as use of stolen or false debit cards, will be reported to the police.
